I posted a couple of questions here - no replies yet.
I notice on the Omni website the link for KGTD seems to have been pulled from the extras tab on the OnmiOutliner page. I hope this doesn’t mean KTGD is going away!
I already own OmniOutliner Pro, and KGTD was free - OmniFocus requires me to pull out my wallet again. Although OmniFocus is very nice, I don’t see any real advantages to it - KGTD works just fine. Call me cheap, but why would I pay money for something when I already have something that works? The only practical difference I see in OmniFocus is the ability to create sub-contexts, and while that is pretty cool, its just not worth $37 to me.
How about the Perspectives feature - hot-key access to different cuts of your data, all updated together in real time? And the lack of synching?
Sounds like I work for Omni.

I fiddled with OmniFocus for a while - and it is very nice. But again, I don’t find any differences I can’t live without. The one feature that will win me over in a heartbeat is iPhone support. The day they release the IPhone app that will sync Omnifocus onto my iPhone is the day I purchase it! Until then, KGTD works great :-)
Re: Anybody here?
Doesn’t surprise me. Ethan has moved to Omni and people really should take the plunge and buy Omnifocus It’s great - superior in every way to KGTD.
